Kathy Laubach serves as the Vice President of Operations at Cornovus Capital, bringing more than 35 years of experience across the commercial lending, mortgage, and real estate sectors. Known for her exceptional leadership, operational efficiency, and deep market knowledge, Kathy oversees the firm’s internal operations, ensuring precise execution, compliance, and sustained growth across all verticals.

Throughout her career, Kathy has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead high-performing teams, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that drive measurable results. Her operational insight and client-first mindset make her an indispensable member of Cornovus Capital’s leadership team—responsible for managing internal systems, optimizing team performance, and supporting the firm’s overall strategic direction.

Before joining Cornovus Capital, Kathy spent more than a decade as a licensed real estate agent and held senior management roles in the mortgage industry, including Branch Manager and Vice President of Operations. Her responsibilities included underwriting, compliance, FHA, VA, and conventional loan program administration, and relationship management with national lenders. This dual-market background gives her a rare operational perspective that bridges residential and commercial financing disciplines.
