Underwriter
Underwrite commercial real estate and operating business transactions to institutional credit committee standards across SBA, bridge, CMBS, LifeCo, and conventional programs. You own the credit analysis, the structural recommendation, and the execution narrative from engagement through approval.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and property performance to size leverage and identify structural risk.
- Build credit committee-ready narratives, assumptions, and risk mitigants for every engaged transaction.
- Structure transactions to meet approval thresholds across multiple capital source types.
- Drive documentation, conditions clearance, and closing execution.
Capital Markets Analyst
Execute financial modeling, market research, credit analysis, and transaction documentation across multiple debt programs and asset classes. This role operates across the full transaction lifecycle and requires strong analytical discipline, precision in financial detail, and clear written communication.
- Build financial models, pro forma analysis, and debt service coverage scenarios.
- Research capital source programs, credit standards, and current market conditions.
- Produce summary memos, submission packages, and institutional-grade documentation.
- Manage transaction files and coordinate execution timelines across active engagements.
