Internship program
Our internship program is built for students who want exposure to commercial real estate finance, business lending, underwriting workflows, and capital markets execution. Interns work on real transactions and learn how to communicate clearly with borrowers, brokers, and lenders.

Business development officer
Build broker and borrower relationships, originate opportunities, and coordinate with underwriting to create clean, lender-ready submissions. This role is for people who can communicate clearly, manage a pipeline, and stay organized under pressure.
- Develop and manage broker and referral relationships.
- Qualify opportunities and set expectations early (structure, timing, documentation).
- Coordinate with underwriting to produce lender-grade submissions.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and execution cadence through closing.
Underwriter
Underwrite operating businesses and real estate using lender-style frameworks: cash flow durability, sponsor strength, collateral support, and execution risk. You’ll work across SBA, conventional, bridge, and institutional credit profiles.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and property performance.
- Build lender-ready narratives, assumptions, and risk mitigants.
- Coordinate documentation and packaging to align with lender policy.
- Support lender Q&A and drive clean approvals.
Financial analyst
Support underwriting and execution through modeling, market work, and performance analytics. This is a great seat for someone who likes clean spreadsheets, clear thinking, and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain credit models, sensitivity tables, and scenario analysis.
- Support market and comp research tied to underwriting conclusions.
- Assist with memo outputs and submission packaging.
- Partner with business development and underwriting to drive speed and accuracy.
