Cornovus Capital operates as a national institutional capital advisory and placement firm, managing the full underwriting, structuring, and capital placement process across seven debt silos, for sponsors and operators who require institutional-grade execution. Professional intermediaries who affiliate with Cornovus Capital work alongside the advisory team with access to the underwriting platform, the capital partner network, and the full institutional process from initial credit analysis through closing.
Cornovus Capital is a capital advisory and placement firm, not a direct lender. Cornovus does not originate, fund, or hold loans. Every engaged transaction is underwritten at Cornovus Capital's expense, built to the standard a capital partner's internal credit committee would present and adopt. Capital is placed through a pre-qualified partner matched to the transaction's credit profile, structure, asset class, and geography. Intermediaries affiliated with Cornovus Capital represent that process to their clients and refer transactions that align with the engagement criteria below.

What Affiliated Intermediaries Access
Affiliated intermediaries work alongside the Cornovus Capital advisory team and have access to the full institutional platform, including:
- Institutional-grade underwriting performed by Cornovus Capital at its own expense on every engaged transaction, built to the standard a capital partner's internal credit committee would present and adopt.
- A pre-qualified capital partner network spanning bridge and structured debt, SBA 7(a), SBA 7(a) 100% CRE, SBA 504, CMBS, conventional multifamily, agency, LifeCo, and select specialty executions, matched to each transaction's credit profile, structure, asset class, and geography.
- Full advisory support through the engagement lifecycle, from initial credit analysis and third-party diligence coordination through lender structuring and closing execution.
- Transparent communication at key milestones so affiliated intermediaries maintain continuity with their clients throughout the process.
How the Affiliation Process Works
- Submit an inquiry. Provide a brief overview of your practice, the client relationships you represent, and the types of transactions you encounter. Cornovus Capital reviews every submission.
- Initial conversation. If the inquiry aligns with the engagement profile, a member of the Cornovus Capital advisory team will connect to discuss the platform and determine whether an affiliation makes sense.
- Engagement alignment. Affiliated intermediaries receive a working understanding of the Cornovus Capital advisory process, the capital programs, and the transaction criteria so they can represent the platform accurately to their clients.
- Transaction referral. When a qualified transaction arises, the affiliated intermediary introduces the opportunity. Cornovus Capital manages the underwriting, structuring, capital placement, and closing process. The intermediary maintains the client relationship.
What This Affiliation Is Not
Cornovus Capital does not operate a volume-driven referral network, a deal blast platform, or an open broker registration program. Affiliation is not automatic and is not available to all applicants.
- Cornovus Capital does not accept transaction submissions from unaffiliated brokers or individuals who have not completed the affiliation process.
- Affiliation does not create an employment relationship or authorize the intermediary to represent Cornovus Capital in any capacity beyond introducing qualified transactions.
- Cornovus Capital reserves the right to decline any transaction that does not align with its advisory model, capital programs, risk standards, or compliance requirements.
- Affiliated intermediaries may not make representations about financing terms, rate, leverage, or execution outcomes beyond what Cornovus Capital has provided in writing.
